Urban Transport Chamber of Commerce(IGKM)

The Urban Transport Chamber of Commerce has existed since March 1991.

The Chamber is a member of the international organization of urban transport UITP based in Brussels.

IGKM provides its members with information, consultation, training and economic services, and represents interests of public transport in relation to central authorities and individual ministries.

Members of the Chamber are mainly carriers and organizers of passenger transport in cities, regardless of the organizational form (budgetary establishments, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies). The Chamber also includes rolling stock manufacturers, repair plants, research institutes and other enterprises providing services for public transport. In total, there are more than 210 members in the Chamber. DPK System has been a member of IGKM for many years.

Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology

Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology is a public university with a technical profile. Each year, several thousand Polish and foreign students study at the University of Technology at eight faculties. Almost since the beginning of its existence, the Cracow University of Technology has carried out a wide program of research activities and cooperation with the industry. As a result, by the beginning of the 1970s, three of its four faculties had obtained full academic rights to confer doctoral and postdoctoral degrees.

In the period from 01/10/2018 to 29/12/2021, the Department of Transport and Rail Vehicles of the Cracow University of Technology, jointly with DPK System, carried out a research project co-financed by the European Union: IT system of computer-aided city transport planning.

In the period from 01/07/2019 to 28/09/2022, the Department of Transport and Rail Vehicles of the Cracow University of Technology, jointly with DPK System, carried out a research project co-financed by the European Union: Selected problems of optimal management of the operation of rolling stock and the work of traction teams.

Warsaw University of Technology

The Warsaw University of Technology is a public university with a technical profile. For years, the Warsaw University of Technology has been ranked first in Poland in the "Ranking of Higher Schools" among technical universities published by the monthly "Perspektywy". It is one of the largest and best technical universities in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Almost 25,000 students and more than 5,000 employees work daily in nineteen faculties within its walls.

Research processes take place mainly in laboratories, workshops and studios. Scientists also have at their disposal the CEZAMAT Center for Advanced Materials and Technologies. The Innovation and Technology Transfer Management Center is responsible for implementing projects and contact with the business world.

Silesian Technical University

The Silesian University of Technology is a public technical university in Gliwice. It was established in 1945 as a research and teaching base for the most industrialized district in Poland and at the same time one of the more industrialized areas in Europe - Upper Silesia.

University of Science and Technology

The Stanisław Staszic University of Science and Technology is a public university in Krakow.

The university includes, among others 16 faculties, a research center - Academic Center for Materials and Nanotechnology, and teaching centers. The University of Science and Technology offers three-level studies: 1st and 2nd degree, and education in doctoral schools. The university educates more than 23,000 students and employs more than 2,100 academic teachers.

In the period from 01/11/2021 to 31/12/2023. The AGH University of Science and Technology, jointly with DPK System, has been carrying out a research project co-financed by the European Union: Optimization of planning transport tasks in public transport in terms of electromobility.
