Commissioning the system “DPK Railways” in Koleje Wielkopolskie

Koleje Wielkopolskie is another regional railway company which launched our system DPK Railways supporting management for traction and conductor`s teams.

The implementation was implemented almost 10 months. During the implementation we encountered a number technical, functional and organizational problems. In Koleje Wielkopolskie implementation of the DPK railways is not based on replacing the old system DPK Plus with newest tool but on initial implementation of the Company’s first system of this type. This resulted in a number of complications associated with the preparation of the integration with the suppliers  of cooperating IT systems and different habits of users who used MS Office tools.
