XII “Telecommunication and IT Solutions in Railways” conference

From 4^th until 6^th of March a conference “Telecommunication and IT Solutions in Railways” took place in Wisła.  The conference was attended by representatives of all railway operators and of leading IT and telecom companies that offer services for railway operators. DPK representatives had to be there – we are responsible for vital ERP and carriage planning software for railway operators.

During the second day of the conference we presented our recent achievements and additions to our software- DPK Railways. The roadshow presentation attracted much attention and was followed by further discussion with railway operators’ representatives.

Meetings and negotiations during the conference were intense and filled the whole official schedule. Individual meetings and talks lasted until late hours during the less official parts – the banquet or the sleigh ride.

The conference resulted in some interesting business contacts and opportunities for new contracts on DPK Railways implementation.
