International Conference: XXVIII PTSK Scientific Workshops “Simulation in Research and Development

From 22 to 24 May, the International Conference: XXVIII PTSK Scientific Workshops “Simulation in Research and Development” was held in Augustów. The conference was organized by the Polish Society of Computer Simulation together with the Faculty of Computer Science of the Białystok University of Technology. Professor Piotr Kisielewski, as a Member of the PTSK Board and a member of the Conference Scientific Committee, was very involved in organizing this meeting and actively participated in it.

During the conference, Professor Kisielewski delivered a lecture entitled “Optimization of vehicle and driver tasks of a heterogeneous large fleet of vehicles” devoted to problems that are currently the subject of our work in cooperation with the Cracow University of Technology and the AGH University of Science and Technology. The annual meeting of scientists, outstanding specialists in the field of simulation and optimization of processes, including the processes in public transport that interest us, was an opportunity to share new experiences and conclusions from the latest research in various scientific centers, which will be helpful in our research and development work.
