VIII National Scientific and Technical Conference MODELLING, Cracow
On June 6-7, the 8th National Scientific and Technical Conference MODELLING took place in Cracow. The main theme of the conference was “Travel modeling and traffic forecasting”. During the conference, the topics discussed included
- traffic forecasting,
- creating databases for traffic modeling,
- using simulation tools in the travel modeling process,
- modeling cargo transport in transport systems
- and using artificial intelligence in traffic and travel forecasting.
The conference is organized by the Cracow University of Technology. Professor Piotr Kisielewski is a member of the Scientific and Program Committee of the Conference. During the conference, Professor Kisielewski delivered a lecture entitled “Sequential optimization of tasks of public transport vehicles and drivers” devoted to problems that are currently the subject of our work in cooperation with the Cracow University of Technology and the AGH University of Science and Technology.
