At every stage of transport management and creating a transport plan, optimal use of resources and cost control is extremely important. Optimization tools based on advanced mathematical methods allow achieving the best possible result at every stage of the transport process.
Three-stage optimization enables significant cost reduction and keeps the costs at the lowest possible level.
Vehicle circuit optimization
Thanks to the application of mathematical optimization algorithms, the system designs vehicle circuits that allows their most effective use in transport operation and the maximum use of rolling stock while maintaining defined conditions, cost functions and restrictions.
Duties optimization
Creation of duties - creating tasks for train crews based on circuits. Maximum use of employees' working time with minimization of breaks and unnecessary trips while maintaining editable restrictions, cost functions and legal conditions.
Rosters optimization
- Editing long-term rosters. Optimal assignment of specific employees to tasks, staffing all duties while making the best use of available employees while complying with all the legal requirements.

Moduls
General data
The General data module is designed to collect a set of data used in the system for the proper functioning of individual tools and necessary for the proper processing and calculation of data.
Employee details
Module for administration of employees in the scope of operational and settlement data. It presumes the possibility of integration with the company personnel system. It enables employee data management, planning periodic training, as well as granting and updating permissions (e.g. route, rolling stock).
Vehicle data
Gathering information about vehicles in use in the company and monitoring the state of the rolling stock, ordering inspections, repairs and creating inspection schedules.
Tasks
Creation working shifts for different time periods, defining reserves and absences. A database of trains means operational changes can comprise on and off train tasks. Includes a tool for automating construction of operational changes.
LineDesigner
A tool that allows the user to create their own timetable project based on the current one and to send it in the form of applications to the Infrastructure Manager.
Absences
Planning long-term absences per calendar year and ongoing registering of planned and settled absences, as well as ongoing control of planned absences.
Optigraph
The module is used to create employee work rosters using mathematical optimization algorithms and ongoing verification of the correctness of work allocation.
Thanks to advanced planning tools, it allows the user to quickly and well prepare a work roster for employees in both basic, shift and equivalent working time.
Dispatcher
A module for daily vehicle and employee management enabling efficient and optimal operation of running trains. It contains several views enabling the dispatcher to competently and quickly make decisions related to hiring employees and allocating vehicles (traction crews only).
The module uses information directly from the employee roster, and the generated dispatcher data is the basis for settlement of employees and vehicles in the Verification module.
RMS 2.0
Mobile support for train crews and improved communication with the dispatcher. The solution allows the user to opt out of paper work cards, as the employees' clock in and out on tablets and submit their work cards directly for settlement.
Verification / settlement
The system enables comprehensive settlement of employees' working time, traction vehicles operation, fuel consumption and other consumables. The implementation of all transport processes in the system allows for quick and full settlement, and the use of a central database allows data reporting in any ranges and sections.
Employee portal
The employee portal is a new service designed for public transport companies to publish and exchange information between the employees and the enterprise enabling, among others, fast accessto rosters, efficient document circulation, absenteeism management, providing information on working time settlement, etc.
Administration panel
Administration panel available from the web browser level allows for ongoing management of the crew team through: Passing orders, Reporting lateness, Reporting familiarization with the orders, Registration and handling of reports submitted by train crews
Dispatcher
Full graphic, multi-user dispatch panel with automatic generation of train crew work cards. Equipped with a hint module for optimal instructions and numerous dispatching tools. A tool for dynamic management of railway company resources - increases safety and discipline of transport, facilitates the work of dispatchers, and thanks to the optimization module minimizes current operating costs. Works with on-board computer and tablet systems and mobile conductor ticket offices (GPS) as well as vehicle communication systems (GPRS).
