First TSI implementation in Finland – an agreement with OmniBus

We have signed an agreement with OmniBus, a Finnish affiliate of Polski Bus. After a success in Poland, Souter Holdings decided to enter the Finnish market and offer carriages between main cities in Finland. It is a joint venture of Scottish holding with local businessmen that operates using a business model that proved to be successful in Poland and the UK.

After a roadshow presentation of our system that is used by Polski Bus, chairman of OmniBus decided to buy similar software for his company. First talks were conducted last year during Transexpo fair in Kielce . After all the financial and technical details had been negotiated, an agreement was signed yesterday. The implementation will commence in mid-May.
