Implementation in ZIKiT Kraków – initial stage completed

On 14th, 15th and 28th of April we conducted FAT tests of CityLineDesigner for ZIKiT Kraków (Municipal Transport Company) due to the contract that we signed with them last year. Tests that included numerous scenario variants were conducted in the presence of ZIKIT’s specialists and the Contract Engineer. Tests were passed. Some minor comments that appear during the process will be taken into account while system configuration and installing it at the Client’s office.

Tests finalized the most difficult stage of the implementation process. During this stage we have negotiated the ‘philosophy’ of system’s functionalities and operations, as well as how the system is going to fit in the Client’s workflow. It required vast resources and numerous meetings and multilateral consultations, but in the end we agreed to all organizational, operational and functional issues. That lets us to tests being successfully conducted.

Next step in this contract will be configuration of the system and installing it at the Client’s office, migrating the data and user training and preparations for the go-live. The schedule is tight, but both sides are determined to meet the deadlines and complete all the tasks as soon as possible.
