Signing the agreement on the implementation of TransERP in Kyzyłoda in Kazakhstan

In December 2015, under the supervision of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development financing this project a tender  has been announced for the supply of licenses, hardware and implementation of the system supporting the management of public transport for the carrier “Avyobusnyj Park Kyzylorda” in Kazakhstan.

After a brief analysis, we decided to participate in the proceedings. Throughout January we prepared the offer, a total of several hundred pages of documents in two languages: English and Russian. The effort paid off – filed Feb. 1 offer after nearly a three-month analysis by the principal, EBOiR experts as well with the Contract Engineer consulting company in Moscow the offer has been accepted – we won the tender.

Therefore the delegation of our Board of Directors after obtaining visas and preparation of tickets (which was not so simple) went to the place to Kyzyłorda to conclude the contract. On 11 – 13 May management of DPK System met with the leadership of the company Avtobusnyj Park, has signed a contract for the project and made an agreement on work schedule as well with technical conditions for the supply, installation of hardware and execution of implementation. Our consultants will begin work in July, it is planned to complete implementation within two months.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome in Kyzyłorda, openness and substantive preparation of the management and employees of our client to the first in Kazakhstan to implement this type of system.
