XXIV Scientific Conference: Rail Vehicles 2021

The XXIV Scientific Conference, Rail Vehicles 2021, was held in Podkarpacie on September 12-15. Professor Eng. Piotr Kisielewski, PhD at the Krakow University of Technology, the founder of the DPK System company on behalf of the Krakow University of Technology, presented a lecture entitled Increased importance of optimal public transport planning. The XXIV RAIL VEHICLES conference was recognized by the European Commission as an event promoting the European Year of Railways. Its aim is to promote railways as a sustainable, smart, and safe means of transport. The growing popularity of railways can significantly contribute to the achievement of one of the most important goals of the European Green Deal, i.e., achieving climate neutrality by the EU by 2050.
