Implementation of IT solutions at MZK in Bydgoszcz

We have started the implementation process of our Software in MZK in Bydgoszcz. Our implementation team, led by IT Director Mariusz Dańda, met with the MZK team for the inaugural implementation session. During the meeting, the work schedule, communication methods and implementation methodology were specified.

Work related to the launch of the full system in Bydgoszcz will last until the end of 2025, when, according to the concluded agreement, the system is to be launched in production. As part of the project, a planning system will be implemented, covering the service of two depots (bus and tram), as well as an electronic road card – the RMS. The project is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
