Implementation team in Israel

This week our implementation team worked in Israel. The implementation works of the TransERP system to support the management of Fast Tram transport, carried out according to the original, theoretical requirements of the Ordering Party for Alstom, had been completed and accepted a few months before. Currently, due to the completion of work by other subcontractors and preparation for the production launch of the entire transport system, our solution has been handed over to end users.

As a result of the tests, there was a need for additional work to adapt to the practical operating conditions of the company, not included in the original assumptions, and to organize on-the-job training for the use of the system. The current trip of our team was devoted to analysis, verification and full identification of necessary additional work.
